Strength Training

Physical preparation is essential for performance and longevity. Our strength and conditioning team works with our athletes to fulfill their needs in the off-season focusing on strength, mobility, speed, and injury prevention. Each player has his own unique needs, making sure they are ready when the season starts.

Development Camp

Each summer, we host exclusive development camps in Italy designed to help our players prepare for the upcoming season at the highest level. These camps combine high-level basketball skills training with advanced strength and conditioning programs, focusing on individual improvement, physical readiness, and on-court confidence.

Beyond development, our camps also create valuable visibility opportunities. By bringing together players, coaches, and basketball professionals, we offer athletes the chance to showcase their progress and connect with teams and executives in a professional, competitive environment ahead of the new season.
